In this guide you will find a brief description of some suggested routes, Mexico Your Tourâ can offer you. These routes are just some of the suggestions the company can offer, but if you decide to make a total different route, or want to mix some of them, feel free to let us know and we will make sure you get a proposal according to your needs.

Here you can also see many of the important and interesting cities, beaches and places in Mexico. This doesn't mean that Mexico Your Tourâ can't take you to other places. Inside of each destination description you can find its geographical location, as well as some of the relevant museums, activities and attractions of the place. At the end of each place we also provide some information about the local nightclubs.

Many cities in Mexico have traditional festivals, so if you are interested to assist one, let us know so we can arrange to visit one of them in your next visit. The time and place of these festivals change every year so its better you tell us your interest and will try to satisfy all of them.

If you go through our web, you will find in every destination that we publish, a chart called the Mexico Your Tour Starsâ. In the chart you will find seven subjects that can be graded from one to five stars that change depending on the evaluation made by us for each destination. It is important for you to know that this grades are subjective and have the only purpose to facilitate you compare and decide depending on the importance you give to each subject graded.

Important note: All tours are based on departing / returning to MEXICO CITY, they are flexible and can start / finish in a different city. 14 DAYS ROUTES

- ROUTE 1 / MAYAN ROUTE: MEXICO CITY - PUEBLA - VERACRUZ - VILLAHERMOSA - MERIDA - CANCUN - CAMPECHE - MEXICO CITY
Travel through the city of the churches (Puebla) and try some of the most representative cuIsine in Mexico. Then have a coffee in the port of Veracruz listening to the marimba or if the weather permits navigate on the rapids. After having a ride in the river at Villahermosa go to Merida and enjoy the history expressed on the Paseo Montejo. After a long ride, relax on the beautiful Cancun and Playa del Carmen beaches or live the Mayan history in the impressive archeological sites. Before going back to Mexico City have some crab legs in Campeche.

- ROUTE 2 / MEXICO COLONIAL: MEXICO CITY - GUANAJUATO - SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE - AGUASCALIENTES - ZACATECAS - SAN LUIS POTOSI - QUERETARO - MEXICO CITY
If you are looking colonial cities this is a highly recommended tour. Before traveling, we recommend to enjoy what Mexico City has to offer. Walk through the colonial cities of Guanajuato and San Miguel de Allende. If you like festivals and carnivals book this tour in advance for April or May to enjoy the most important festival in Mexico at Aguascalientes. If you want to walk in a mine go to Zacatecas and enjoy a good meal in San Luis Potosi. Before going back home don't forget to visit Queretaro and its streets full of history.

Go to the monarch butterfly sanctuary before going to Guadalajara to enjoy some tequila and mariachi. Have a fast trip to visit the port of Mazatlan before hoping to a ferry to go to La Paz, where you definitely can enjoy some great seafood. After having a long trip relax playing golf in one of the many golf courses in Los Cabos, and if you are not into that, go shop or have a nice day at the beach. In your return of Cabos, enjoy again Guadalajara and its historical places.

- ROUTE 1 / DISCOVER OAXACA: MEXICO CITY - PUEBLA - OAXACA - PUERTO ESCONDIDO - ZIPOLITE - OAXACA - MEXICO CITY
Start your tour visiting Puebla where you can admire the history and regional cuisine. Explore Oaxaca where you can find several archeological and historical sites, as well as diverse nature and eco tourism activities. If you enjoy surfing or going into sea to watch some turtles or sea rays you are going to love Puerto Escondido or Zipolite. Before ending your trip stay one more night at Oaxaca to finish your trip with a nice dinner of Mexican cuisine.

You can also enjoy swimming in the clear ponds and rivers, as well as relaxing in thermal waters. Before ending your trip, stop by in Pachuca.

- ROUTE 5 / INDUSTRIAL & COLONIAL NATURE: MEXICO CITY - SAN LUIS POTOSI - REAL DE CATORCE - MONCLOVA - 4 CIENEGAS - MONTERREY - MEXICO CITY
Stop in San Luis Potosi to see some colonial buildings. Go into the one way tunnel that leads into the almost ghost town Real the Catorce, a former miners town. Then let us take you to the clear blue waters of 4 Cienegas where you can meet some unique animals in the world. After taking a close look to the dessert nature, go to the industrial city of Monterrey, where you can enjoy eating and shopping in the river walk, or if you still want to have some eco tourism activities, go to the Monterrey's surroundings where you can enjoy some regular hiking, rock climbing or extreme canon walks.
